Free returns & exchanges for domestic non-sale clothing only within 20 days of the new unworn product. Final sale products do not quality for returns: bikini bottoms and face covers. New unworn product only, worn damaged items will be sent back to the original sender as final sale. Returned items accepted within 30 days of return label issue date.

Please email designzbyraga@gmail.com with your order number and we will initiate the process within 1-2 business days with a pre-paid return label. Once received in new condition, we will refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

International returns and exchanges can be initiated with a postmark date before the 20-day window. International labels are not covered by Baliawear. Please note that this item is a return on all forms or custom charges may apply.
